Our Service Terms

The work will be carried out by fully qualified plumbers with reasonable care and skill. We'll always have the right insurance. We will endeavor to provide accurate estimates for project completion and strive to adhere to these timelines. In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting the schedule, we'll promptly inform you and propose revised completion dates. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any changes you request to the work, such alterations may impact project timelines and we will let you know of any associated cost adjustments in advance. We won't start or keep going if there's a safety problem. We'll only come back when it's safe. If you are supplying parts for installation, it is your responsibility to ensure they’re fit for the job. In the event of unsuitability or faults in supplied parts, we may need to charge extra for our time to revisit you once correct parts are purchased.
Our 1-year Guarantee Terms
Our commitment to quality extends beyond the completion of our work. We stand by our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of completion. Should any issues arise directly related to our workmanship during this time, we pledge to rectify them at no additional cost. Please note that this guarantee does not cover faults resulting from misuse, neglect, or fair wear and tear caused by factors beyond our control.

It's important to note that our guarantee is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which remain unaffected. Should you require further information about your rights, we recommend contacting Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.

In cases where the fault has occurred with the product or part installed rather than our workmanship, we're here to assist you. We're happy to facilitate communication with the manufacturer and provide any necessary guidance. Many of the parts we recommend and supply, such as taps and toilets, come with robust manufacturer warranties for added peace of mind.
If, during the course of our work, we uncover an underlying issue contributing to the fault, which you opt not to address at the same time, we will be unable to provide the 1-year workmanship guarantee.
