  • Why don't you offer online quotes?
    Every home and job is different and it's difficult to give you an accurate and fair quote without first assessing - in person - what the job entails. An online quote can be unreliable, as you may be charged more for a straightforward job or not quoted enough and end up with an unexpected increase once the work has started. That's why we offer free in person quotes, so can check you're happy with the price before the work starts.
  • Do I have to wait in all day?
    No! We know how inconvenient it is to hang around all day for a company to show up. That’s why we offer specific appointment times so you can choose the perfect time for your schedule. We will give you a call ahead of your appointment to let you know we're on our way. Please note, very occasionally the job prior will run over and we will contact you and keep you updated on arrival.
  • Can I pay by card?
    Yes! For your convenience our plumbers carry card machines and we accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple pay and Google pay. We’re not able to accept cash or American Express.
  • How do I pronounce your name - Plumberly?

  • What makes you different to other plumbing companies?
    We’re not a jack of all trades – we’re specialists in home plumbing maintenance. With our teams’ vast experience and knowledge in this specific area, your problems are fixed faster, first time. So if you have a problem tap, toilet, shower, bath, sink, leak, radiator or blockage, you’ll get great results from our fully qualified plumbers who know the tricks of the trade inside and out.
  • Do you do emergencies?
    We don’t currently do out of hours emergencies. Our plumbers are available 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. If you have an emergency within these hours, then give us a call as we may be able to help.
  • Do you do boilers and bathroom installs?
    No. We’re specialists in home plumbing service and repair. Our work doesn’t cover boilers, gas or bathroom design and tiling.
