A bit about us..
Ross began his plumbing journey in 2003, working with local businesses, councils, and national plumbing firms.
After nearly two decades in the industry, he saw first-hand how plumbing services could be improved - more personalised service, better workmanship, and a greater focus on customers’ needs.
Lucinda, with her background in customer service and marketing, joined the team to focus on what matters most to us: making sure every customer feels taken care of.
Together, our aim is to be the most trusted and reliable plumbing service in Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and beyond.
